Training and education for the construction industry is provided by a range of organisations including industry associations, the Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology , Universities, private sector training providers and construction businesses themselves. The Construction Industry Training Board provides funding for some of the industry training courses. Many of the industry associations provide training courses in a range of fields.
